However, minor deviations in color, packaging, or appearance may occur and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

6. Right of withdrawal (returns & cancellations)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
6.2 Exception for hygiene-sensitive products
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:

have been opened after delivery.
This applies in particular to:

personal care products

sensual toys
Once the seal is broken, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Conditions for returns (where applicable)
If a return is accepted:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection.
8. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos.
We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
